Ana Eva Sandoval MS, LPC, CCTP

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 10 years of experience, I specialize in providing compassionate support for a range of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, and PTSD. My treatment approach is rooted in a person-centered and strength-based framework, with a primary emphasis on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I'm truly delighted that you've chosen to embark on your mental health journey with me.  I offer my services in both English and Spanish to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout our sessions. My primary objective is to offer you a secure and welcoming space, where we can work together to uncover coping mechanisms and strategies that will empower you to conquer the challenges that life may unexpectedly place in your path.

Q: How will I know if you're the right therapist for me?
The only way to really know if we're a good fit is if you provide me the opportunity to work with you.

Q: What can I expect from each session?

You can expect a safe and confidential space. We'll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our sessions are a collaborative effort, and we'll focus on addressing your specific needs and goals. We will work at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to provide support, guidance, and strategies to help you navigate and overcome the difficulties you're facing.

Q: How long are the appointments?
My appointments last from 45 - 53 minutes which is standard practice for a typical therapy session. I do offer longer sessions upon request.

Q: How often will we meet?
It really depends on your needs.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
Yes.  But I also accept private payment.

Q: Can I cancel one of our sessions?
Yes, of course, but I ask for 24 hours notice.

Q: Do you prescribe medication?
No, I cannot prescribe medicine.
